Terms and Conditions & Cancelation Policy:

Office Fee: A $30 fee is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your selected service in the office.

Rescheduling Policy: Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance. We will credit your account and you will not need to pay a booking fee when you book your next vist.

Cancellations within 3 hours from your appointment time and No-Shows will result in forfeiture of the $30 booking fee. In cases of emergencies, a $30 E- gift card can be offered for future services—just ask for Gigi, who’s always happy to assist!

Gift Cards: If you have a gift card, call the office. Instead of making an additional credit card payment, your gift card number can be used directly. No-Shows or less than 3 hours notice we will deduct the cash value of $30 from the service. Our prices are on the website.

Call us within 6 Months from your missed Appointment and we will still issue you an E-Gift Card:
For no-shows or late notifications within 3 hours of your appointment, we’ll provide an e-gift card valid for up to 6 months from the missed appointment.
